A fantastic strategic team building day in Western Australia with the team at Tattarang , where our wonderful Camelia delivered The Trustworthy Advisor.

This program has quickly become one of our most requested releases for 2026, and itโ€™s easy to see why. In a world of increasing complexity, change and uncertainty, trust has never mattered more.

Research from Gallup found that the four needs people look for most in their leaders are Trust, Compassion, Hope and Stability. When these needs are present, people are more engaged, resilient and willing to contribute their best.

A fabulous day spent last week with the team at Infrastructure SA exploring strengths, team dynamics and the TMS profile.

Infrastructure SA plays an important role in providing independent assurance and confidence to government through the identification, evaluation and oversight of major infrastructure projects and programs across South Australia.

What stood out was the strength of thinking in the room.

The teamโ€™s profile showed a strong preference for thoughtful analysis, sound decision-making and continuous improvement, complemented by creativity and innovation. This sparked valuable conversations about how the team tackles complex challenges, evaluates opportunities and contributes to better infrastructure outcomes for South Australians.

What impressed me most was the openness of the discussions, with honest reflections, diverse perspectives and genuine curiosity about how each person contributes to the bigger picture.

A highly engaged and committed group of professionals dedicated to bringing rigour, transparency and insight to some of South Australiaโ€™s most significant infrastructure investments.

Loved spending the day with such a thoughtful and purpose-driven team.

Fantastic to be back with the Leadership Team at Centacare Catholic Community Services .

An organisation making a genuine difference across South Australia, supporting more than 20,000 clients in the past year alone.

What struck me most is the warmth of connection in the room. This is a leadership team committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for their communities while also investing in the capability of their people to navigate change well.

As part of their broader organisational strategy and change journey, I had the opportunity to facilitate Thriving Through Change and Positively Charged & Resilient, exploring practical strategies to help leaders stay adaptable, maintain perspective and support their teams through uncertainty.

I was also fortunate to spend time recently with another Centacare team at Noarlunga, and once again experienced the passion, commitment and care that sits at the heart of this organisation.

When you combine a clear purpose, strong leadership and a genuine commitment to people, great things happen.

Wonderful to partner with Shine Bright and to deliver โ€˜Growth Mindset and Optimismโ€™ to bring to life the 2026 conference theme.

Iโ€™ve loved working with such an energetic, passionate and dedicated leadership team as they prepare to lead their centres into an exciting new chapter focused on these two important topics. With my own daughter working in the early childhood sector, it has been especially meaningful to contribute to a program that has been recorded and will be rolled out across 40 kindergartens throughout Central and Northern Victoria, supporting more than 400 educators.

Early childhood educators play such an influential role in shaping how young children view themselves, approach challenges and respond to setbacks.

Helping educators understand the power of mindset has the potential to positively influence not only the children in their care, but also their own wellbeing, resilience and daily habits.

I got a little carried away creating the support materials, but thatโ€™s because I feel genuinely hopeful about the difference this work can make.

What stood out most was a leadership team with a clear vision, deep care for their people, and a genuine commitment to investing in both educators and children.

Their focus on curiosity, optimism and a growth mindset has the potential to create a ripple effect that extends well beyond their centres.

โค๏ธ that this will help these fantastic educators shape the beliefs, confidence and possibilities of the next generation.
