Most business owners don't know their survival point.
The uncertainty that comes from not knowing is what wears business owners down, not the numbers themselves but the ongoing sense that they have no way of knowing if things are actually okay.
Your breakeven point is the number that stops that. Once you know it, the guessing stops and every pricing call, every hire and every big spend has a number behind it instead of a feeling.

Have you ever worked out how much of every dollar your business makes you keep as profit? It's one of the most useful numbers already sitting in your business right now.
When you know it, decisions about pricing, spending and hiring stop being based on how the month felt and start being based on what the business is doing.
If you work it out and it's sitting below 10%, that's useful information, and in our experience it comes down to one of three things.
1️⃣ Your pricing isn't covering your costs
2️⃣ Your costs have crept up without you noticing
3️⃣ You're generating strong sales but spending too much to make them happen
None of those are a failure, because they're numbers that haven't been looked at closely enough yet.
