Meet Scarlett.

Originally from South Australia and raised by the beach, Scarlett spent much of her twenties travelling overseas, refining her skills in some of the world’s leading restaurants, including a two Michelin-starred restaurant.

She returned home with a wealth of experience, while holding onto the warm, genuine hospitality Australians are known for.

If you’re welcomed by Scarlett during your visit, you’ll quickly understand why she’s such a valued part of our team. Her genuine care, infectious humour and ability to make every guest feel at ease have a way of making it feel less like service, and more like catching up with an old friend.
