In March 2025, after over 9 years in the fast-growing Australian craft spirits industry, Prohibition Liquor Co embarked on a landmark Equity Capital Raise (Crowd-funding) project to help secure the future of the business and to deliver on huge future plans for the company.
These outputs and statistics capture just some of the impressive engagement–made possible by a collaborative effort. Over $14.8 million of mid-point expressions of interest, from over 4000 people. This generated final investment of nearly $2.7 million from over 1000 people over the 10-day raise, lifting the final valuation of the business to nearly $28m. 🤩
To say we are thrilled with these results in this current climate is a huge understatement!
Adam Carpenter says, “For a small family-owned business, which started in a suburban backyard, only 9 years ago, this result is nothing short of incredible, and has everything to do with the amazing work of the team involved. We can’t thank them all for their efforts enough.”
As the original creators and long-term custodians of the Prohibition Liquor Co brand, Toolbox Graphic Design were beyond excited to work on this project.
Toolbox strategically assembled a team of specialists that worked to their strengths to achieve this incredible outreach, including On Market who helped us navigate the unfamiliar world of Equity Capital Raising, Jigsaw Agency who absolutely smashed the digital marketing efforts, DL COMMS who nailed it with more than 47 placements in national media, and Daylight Breaks who took our scripts and turned them into engaging video storytelling pieces for syndication.

We’re excited to unveil the new branding for the Forestry Centre of Excellence. The logo, an abstract tree formed by interwoven loops, represents the Centre’s collaborative nature, connecting forestry research, education, and innovation. The design captures the breadth of the industry, from seedling cultivation to final product development, symbolising the unity of forestry’s many facets. A narrow sans-serif typeface has been used to mirror the contemporary nature of the organisation and its building.
This state-of-the-art Centre in Mount Gambier will serve as a global leader in forest industries, driving sustainable practices, innovation, and skills development for the future. With a $15 million investment, it will centralise long-term research, foster new education pathways, and strengthen industry partnerships—all to ensure the continued growth and resilience of the Green Triangle’s forestry sector. Thank you to our friends at Department of Primary Industries and Regions for engaging us on this wonderful collaboration.

Churchill Road Prospect – Brand Identity
We’re excited to introduce a brand identity that holds a special place in our hearts. Our journey with ChurchillRoad began over 20 years ago when Adam, our Creative Director, saw the potential of this vibrant community and decided to open Toolbox’s doors on this very road.
Churchill Road is an up-and-coming, evolving space that stands apart from its neighbour, Prospect Road. We created a brand identity that captures its unique character and establishes the road as a thriving destination for businesses, visitors, and residents.
At the ‘heart’ of our design is a geometric love heart graphic, symbolising connection and community. The rooftops within the heart signify the blend of housing and business that makes Churchill Road unique. The contemporary, warm colour palette and flexible applications ensure this is a brand our friends at Prospect can really have fun with.
Our design subtly nods to the industrial past of Churchill Road, adding character and a sense of history. It is aspirational, forward-thinking, brimming with personality, as a representation of Prospect’s community spirit and progress over the years.
We are excited to see how this new identity will support the continued growth and evolution of Churchill Road. A huge thank you to the team at City of Prospect and all the participating traders who were involved in the vision for this project.

We’re taking a look back today at the branding for the SASAT-1 Space Services Mission’s satellite, Kanyini.
With Kanyini set to launch aboard Space X's Transporter-11 mission from Vandenberg Space Force Base in July, our team couldn’t be prouder of our role in this groundbreaking journey.
The name ‘Kanyini’ was chosen by Findon High School and announced by Premier Steven Marshall at the Australian Space Forum back in 2021. It reflects a deep connection to our South Australian roots and honours the rich cultural heritage of the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara people. The meaning of the word ‘Kanyini’ is responsibility and unconditional love for all of creation and encompasses the key principles of Aboriginal life including creation (tjukurrpa), soul (kurunpa), family (walytja), and land (ngura).
Our goal was to create an identity that captured not just the cutting-edge technology behind South Australia’s first satellite, but also the profound cultural values it embodies. The design features orbiting ellipses forming a ‘K,’ in colors represent the blue of sky, green of foilage and the ochre of lands.
This project, in collaboration with the South Australian Government, SmartSat CRC, Inovor Technologies and Myriota at Lot Fourteen , has been a testament to the power of community and innovation. Stay tuned for more updates as Kanyini launches next month! 🌌🚀✨

Designed for early and primary school students, we teamed up with KESAB environmental solutions to create a series of books detailing the recycling journey from a bin to the Materials Recovery Facility. 🗑️➡️🏭 A great resource for teachers and parents looking to teach kids about waste, these playful illustrations aim to keep young minds excited as they learn about each step of the journey.
