Trinity Church Modbury

A room full of youth, plenty of energy, and a big question: what does it look like to live a gospel-shaped life?

At our recent Trinity Youth, our young people joined others from across the Trinity Network for games, food, singing, and time in God’s Word as they thought about the Holy Spirit.

We’re thankful for nights where youth can build friendships, have fun, and be encouraged to keep following Jesus.

Sundays are a time to gather as a church family — to sing, pray, hear from God’s word, and encourage one another.

This week at Trinity Church Modbury, we’ll finish our Job series, Happily Ever After. After walking through Job’s questions, grief, and struggle, we’ll reflect on the hope held out at the end of the book and the goodness of God through it all.

Join us this Sunday at 10am at Modbury Primary School Hall.

Trinity Youth is on this Friday night!

It’s a great opportunity for our young people to gather with youth from across the Trinity churches for a night of fun, community, and time in God’s word.

Check the details on the graphic and come along — it’s a great night to invite a friend too.

It was great to see some of our youth helping out with the BBQ after church on Sunday.

We’re thankful for the way our young people are part of our church family — serving, growing, and sharing life together across generations.

This Sunday, there’s more happening after the service, and we’d love you to stay.

We’ll share lunch together with a youth-run BBQ, then gather for our AGM — a time to look back with thankfulness, hear how God has been at work, and look ahead together as Trinity Church Modbury.

It’s a valuable moment to be encouraged, informed, and part of what’s happening in the life of our church.

There’s exciting movement across the Trinity Network 🙌

• Trinity Church Adelaide has begun meeting in new venues while the North Terrace site is redeveloped.
• Trinity Church Woodcroft is now Trinity Church Morphett Vale, settling into a new location with fresh opportunities to welcome others.
• Trinity Church Holden Hill has launched and is now gathering on Sunday nights, after prayerful planning and partnership across our north-eastern churches.

We’re thankful to partner together in the gospel across Adelaide and beyond. Let’s keep praying that God will use these changes to open new doors for people to hear about Jesus.

Every Sunday begins with people arriving — some familiar faces, some new, all welcomed in as we gather around God’s word together 🙌

This week at Trinity Church Modbury, we continue our series in Job with “A Second Opinion” from Job 32–37. As a new voice enters the conversation, we’ll keep listening to what God has to say through this challenging and honest book.

Mother’s Day at Trinity Church Modbury was a lovely time to give thanks to God for mums and for all the amazing women he has placed in our lives 💐

After the service, the Photo Booth and cupcake decorating gave everyone a chance to keep celebrating, enjoy time together, and make something special for someone they love.

We’re thankful for a joyful Sunday together and for all who helped make the morning so warm and welcoming.

At Trinity Church Modbury, kids are a valued part of our Sundays 🙌
Each week, our all ages spot gives children a chance to participate, engage with the Bible, and help the whole room think about what we’re learning together.

Last Sunday, they helped us reflect on Job 3–31 — big questions, big truths, and a wonderful reminder that God’s word is for every age.

This Sunday at Trinity Church Modbury, we’ll be celebrating Mother’s Day together 💐

It will be a special morning to give thanks to God for the women who have loved, supported and cared for us. We’ll also continue in Job, looking at Job 28 and the question: Where is wisdom found?

After the service, stay for barista-made coffee, morning tea, a Photo Booth, and cupcake decorating for someone who deserves it ☕🧁
