We’re excited to celebrate the completion of Quest II - a striking new six-storey addition to Port Adelaide’s waterfront. Home to 88 modern guest rooms with panoramic views of the Port River, Adelaide Hills and city skyline. It also features a fully equipped gym, business lounges, conference facilities and secure parking. Quest II marks a major milestone in supporting South Australia’s growing tourism and business sector.

Exciting changes are taking off at Adelaide Airport ✈️ Over the next five years, a $600 million upgrade program will expand check-in areas, add more terminal space, increase aircraft parking and deliver enhanced security screening.

Travellers can also look forward to a new international departures gate, refreshed gate lounges, a family play space and a sensory room to better support passengers with hidden disabilities.

BESTEC is proud to be once again part of the team providing the Building Engineering Services for the transformation and expansion of Adelaide Airport 🙌

Construction has officially begun on the new Brighton Veterinary Hospital - a 600m² purpose-built facility made for modern veterinary care.

It will feature six consult rooms, two operating theatres, positive-pressure surgical suites and a fully equipped imaging zone.

Staff will enjoy upgraded amenities, while pets benefit from outdoor puppy school space and a covered, calming waiting area.

BESTEC are proud to announce that we will be delivering the Building Engineering Services for the Resthaven Marion redevelopment!

This multi-stage development will introduce a modern aged care residence alongside a vibrant mix of community facilities - including a retail arcade, walking trails, sensory gardens and a welcoming Town Square.

Designed with both residents and locals in mind, this project aims to create a place that feels like home while enriching the neighbourhood around it.

Introducing The Esmond - a contemporary five-storey development bringing boutique apartment living to the heart of Unley Road, just minutes from the heart of Adelaide.

This project blends sustainable design with everyday comfort, featuring a mix of private residences and a vibrant ground-floor café.

Exciting changes are on the horizon for Riverlea Park with a brand-new school and major sports precinct arriving in 2027.

The newly announced Xavier College Riverlea Park campus will be the first school in the growing community, with construction on the $60 million Stage 1 development set to begin later this year.

The three-storey campus will offer state-of-the-art facilities including STEM maker spaces, multimedia studios, and a dedicated food tech centre. Initially welcoming students from Reception to Year 6, the school will eventually expand to cater through to Year 12.
