More laps under our belt at Ellenbrook!
Last Sunday Max and the team were at Ellenbrook Speedway for Round 3 of the Winter Series in the Peter Harvey owned 83.
Some mixed results throughout the day but still a great day getting more laps and experience around another race track.

Last night Max and the Team attended the Formula 500’s Awards Night for Season 2025/26.

Throughout the night Max and the team were awarded with 1st Place in the Junior West Coast Series, Congratulations to Brax on 2nd, Deegan on 3rd and Leah on 4th along with all the other Junior Competitors this season. The racing throughout the season really stepped up and some of the best wheel to wheel racing I’ve had in my Junior career took place this year.

Max was also award with the Junior Fairest and Best for the second year in succession! To be awarded with the Fairest and Best award back to back years is a great honour and I cannot thank everyone enough for selecting me as the Best & Fairest!

I would also like to take this chance to Thank all the Junior Drivers for an amazing season, Junior Formula 500 racing in Western Australia is really really stepping up, I’m excited to watch and support you all next season and beyond!

To Darren Rodwell and his hard working Volunteers and Committee, Thank you.
All of this isn’t possible without your long hours of planning and preparation before each meeting, The way the Formula 500 Club supports the Junior Program in Western Australia is second to none which shows in growing numbers!

To to my MLR crew, We busted arse this year to get the #2 car rolling and I feel we made inroads by the end of the year, Thank you to Baxter and Bentley who tagged on at the end of the year and brought good laughs, vibes and a new look at things that we might’ve missed before.
Massive thank you to My parents who have and continue to do everything for me which I am forever grateful for, Steve and Mikey Green for everything they done for me from the very start of my Junior Formula 500 career. Debut Success ✅
Yesterday we competed in Round 2 of the Winter Development Sprintcar Series in the Peter Harvey owned #83 LS1 Sprintcar.
The day got off to a steady start with Max slowly getting the feel of the car in hotlaps before his two heat races and 15 lap final.

Results:
Heat 1: P5 - P2
Heat 2: P4 - P2
Feature P2 - DNF

With a little of misfortune for 2 cars in front of us in the first heat it moved us forward a couple spots.
In the feature race Max got a excellent start to grab the lead at the completion of Lap 1, Unfortunately with about 9 laps to go, a problem struck the car which parked Max on the infield for the rest of the feature.

Although the win on debut slipped away from us, Max is over the moon with the result and is proud of how the day went.

We will be back in the #83 on June 28 at Ellenbrook Speedway.

Time to go Sprintcar Racing!
This weekend we hit the track for our first Sprintcar race in the Peter Harvey owned #83 machine at Bunbury Speedway.
Unfortunately we didn’t get a run at Pithara last weekend as planned but in agreement with Peter we are going to add an extra Ellenbrook show on our schedule in the #83!

CHAMPIONS!
On Saturday, Max completed his last junior race at the Perth Motorplex for the last round of the Perth Motorplex Track Championship & The Junior West Coast Series.

Results:
Heat 1: P2 - P1
Heat 2: P7 - P4
Heat 3: P6 - P3
Feature: P2 - P3

The team were over the moon to get a Heat win and a podium finish in the feature in our final junior race.
With these results Max and the team secured the Perth Motorplex Track Championship and the Junior West Coast Series!!

Breaking News!!
I’m proud to announce I will be driving the Peter Harvey owned #83 LS1 Sprintcar for the first 3 rounds of the Winter Sprintcar Development Series!!
We will be racing at Pithara on May 16th, Bunbury on May 23rd and Ellenbrook on June 28th. We would like to thank Peter and Tania Harvey for this awesome opportunity. Peter is currently working hard building the car to get it ready for Max to jump in on May 16th!
Max is very keen to get behind the wheel of the #83 as we gain some valuable experience before putting our own program together and completing the rest of the series!!
