What happened at Sportys in 1998? 👀🏆

After the Adelaide Crows went back-to-back in the 1998 AFL Grand Final, the celebrations didn’t stop at the MCG… they made their way straight to Sportys at Arkaba. 🍻

Not many people know these celebrations happened, but after the final siren, players, friends and family gathered at Arkaba for a night to remember. As part of our 60th anniversary celebrations, we’re digging through the archives and revisiting some of the iconic moments that helped shape Arkaba over the years.

A few things may have changed over time, but the atmosphere at Sportys is still something special.
