A few years ago, we had the absolute pleasure of working on a truly special project — one that brought together dear friends and cherished family.

It was a joy to collaborate with the deeply missed Paul Blackwell on this beautiful story, written by my mum’s wonderful uncle — known to us as Great Uncle Boy, and to the UK stage and screen world as Godfrey Jackman.

Boy originally wrote this story for Mum’s sister Annie, who was a little shy and was afraid of dogs, but could use a friend. And that’s how Amberley was born.

Heartfelt thanks to Recordist Phil Hayward-Surry and Composer and Musician Corey Stewart for their brilliant contributions, and to Mum — for her integrity and care in refining Boy’s almost-final draft into something truly magical.

This project remains close to our hearts. 💛
