Wow! I’ve had such a big response to this post, so I thought I’d explain a bit about the ear-piercing situation 😆 I’ve actually been piercing ears for a long time - I bought my first piercing gun when I was 19!
I did take a break for a while because, honestly, I don’t love the idea of inflicting pain on people (though some of my massage clients might disagree with that 😉).

I received an email this morning that had me smiling from ear to ear! 😀
I’ve been regularly seeing a client for LED light therapy to help ease pain in her hip caused by bursitis. During her appointment yesterday, she mentioned she’d also been struggling with headaches.
