MANIFEST DESTINY - THE IMMERSIVE TABLE at ILA
Monkeystack created immersive screen content that transported guests from dawn in Venice Beach to nightfall at the fictitious Manifest Motel, accompanying a beautifully curated multi-course menu from Aurora Restaurant.
An experience designed to ignite all five senses and carry you completely into another world.
We can't wait to show more of this!
Huge thanks and love to the team at ILA with the brilliant Creative Lead Elise Short, and to the panel including incredible photographer Alex Frayne, Tansy Curtin from Art Gallery of South Australia and the masterful Robin Wagner.

✨ 2025 has taken us…
Into outer space,
Back in time (350 million years, to be precise),
Along the Karrawirra Pari,
To the dance island party,
Around the world,
… and into classrooms, ovals, farms, and even the rubbish bin… (stay tuned for that one!)
Thank you to everyone for another fantastic year. The Monkeystack studios are closed for the holidays from 18th December, back on 5th January 2026.

"You’re heading off on the trip of a lifetime. But don’t leave your common sense in the departure lounge."
We’re beyond proud to share Travel Smart with Smartraveller - our latest work for Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Smartraveller, with Dentsu Creative PR.

We’re proud to have worked with Anglicare SA to create interactive virtual tours that help ease fear and anxiety in children ahead of visiting Children’s Contact Services, with a little help from two animated friends.
Guided by Kai and Bing, two playful animated characters, children discover the space in 360°, play hide and seek and watch videos at their own pace.
We captured the 360 and developed the tours to be experienced from a child’s perspective - giving children control to explore and transforming unfamiliar environments into welcoming places for connection.
An innovative virtual tour and two cartoon characters - Kai and Bing - are helping ease fear and anxiety in children ahead of supervised family visitation 🤩
AnglicareSA’s Children’s Contact Services provides a safe, child-friendly space for parents going through the family court, to reconnect with their children. Supervised access is usually court ordered and involves children of all ages.
Characters Kai and Bing take children on virtual tours of the centres and introduce them to the child friendly spaces. Children have 360-degree control of a camera that allows them to explore and familiarise themselves with the space 👏
“Sometimes how we feel on the inside does not match what we show on the outside” was all the brief that we needed to bring this powerful program to life through animation.
We’re proud to help express the stories, emotions and sentiment alongside Flinders University with Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation and Little Heroes Foundation.
Take a moment to enjoy the launch animation for Big Talks for Little Sports People.

New work from 350 million years ago!
Monkeystack produced 3D animations to visualise Flinders University’s outstanding discovery of fossilised footprints - the oldest evidence in the world of a reptile-like animal walking around on land.
Working closely with the project team of subject matter experts, we created 3D animated scenes of the four-legged Amniote moving through a Prehistoric Carboniferous Forest environment complete with weather elements, bringing the story and scientific significance of the animal’s tracks to life.
