Our new friend Malakai π
Malakai is just 5 years old and already fighting a battle no child should have to face. He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) β a rare genetic condition that causes progressive muscle weakness. While other kids his age are running, jumping and keeping up with their friends, Malakai is navigating hospital visits, therapies and the daily challenges that come with this diagnosis.
DMD is life-limiting and currently has no cure, but there is hope through treatment, support and research. His family is doing everything they can to give him the best quality of life possible. If you feel called to help, please consider supporting Malakai through the link below π
