10/6/2026 SERVICE DISRUPTION - RESOLVED - We are aware of a brief service disruption affecting web and email hosting for approximately 15 minutes from around 12pm today. Services are now operating normally and the cause is under investigation.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
UPDATE - RESOLVED 15/5 5:54pm - Our 3CX hosting provider has advised they were subject to a massive DDOS attack which overloaded not only their network but also their own upstream provider. This also resulted in a short disruption to our hosting server due to the upstream provider being common to both hosting providers.
Since this was a network-level attack there is no risk to customer data and our 3CX hosting provider has implemented ongoing mitigations to defeat the attack.
OUTAGE - We are aware of an issue affecting our 3CX phone services using cloud hosting. This is due to a 3rd party provider issue and is currently under investigation. Please submit a support ticket if you would like your landline diverted temporarily until the issue is resolved
OUTAGE - RESOLVED - We are aware of an issue affecting our hosting server. All services are currently offline. We are investigating
SERVICE DEGRADATION - RESOLVED - We are aware that some customers are currently unable to send/receive emails. This issue is currently under investigation, no ETR is available
UPDATE - Issue resolved as of 12pm today
SERVICE DEGRADATION - RESOLVED - We are aware that some customers are currently unable to send/receive emails due to a legacy compatibility issue. This only affects mail clients, emails are being delivered to the server as normal.
UPDATE - As of 11am we appear to have resolved the issue. Any further problems with incoming or outgoing email and mail client access should be reported on [email protected] or by calling 0886868541

OUTAGE - We have lost power at our office, posted ETR from SA Power Networks is 9pm. The following services have been affected:
Hosted Backup - Offline until power restored
Helpdesk - Limited, emergency support only until power restored

DEGRADED SERVICE - We are aware of an issue with our carrier BreezeConnect which is affecting some 3CX systems. No ETA on a fix is presently available
RESOLVED - Maintenance completed on schedule. All services have been restored
OUTAGE - We are currently experiencing a disruption to hosting services due to hardware maintenance by our hosting provider. This is expected to take no more than 30 minutes.

Such a lovely place to work for the afternoon. On a day like today make the trip up to Tickle Belly Hill for an amazing place to work with some friendly people and great food!
UPDATE 31/3/23 8:00am - 3CX have released an official statement, only the 3CX Windows and Mac Apps were compromised in a sophisticated supply chain attack.
Yesterday we blocked the app for all managed clients and most antivirus vendors have now released definitions to specifically block the malicious library. Further advice will be provided once available.
