It’s about time I introduced myself…
After 5 years behind the lens at Sol Media, I’ve been lucky enough to meet many of you already, but for those I haven’t had the pleasure-
Hi, I’m Annabelle.
Since early 2021, I’ve been working my dream career, bringing a fun & fresh approach to videography.
My journey began with a Bachelor of Media Arts, but my passion for filmmaking started long before then.
Growing up I always had my mum’s camcorder out, filming backyard movies, forcing my friends to be my ‘actors’ and my parents to watch our ‘masterpiece’ movies.
These days I’m back living on the farm, and am lucky enough to travel across Australia (and sometimes overseas) capturing weddings, events and business through film - always chasing authentic, meaningful stories.
I’m incredibly grateful to have built a career that combines my passion for creativity, music travel, connection, and also rewards me with so much purpose- helping businesses thrive, capturing love stories and keepsakes to be cherished forever.
For anyone new here, it’s nice to meet you, and for those who have been following along for a while, thanks for being part of the journey.

We’re excited to finally release more from our biggest commercial project from 2025 in collaboration with Kate Hill from Rhetorica. The 2025 Green Triangle Timber Industry Awards, Timber Legend Winners.
Part two of the Timber Legend Award films, features Stephen Van Schaik of Van Schaik’s BioGro - a business built on innovation, sustainability, and family values.
Stephen has transformed forest waste into environmentally responsible products, creating meaningful change for both the industry and the environment.
When we found out there would be two Timber Legend winners this year, the timeline tightened fast. Five weeks of non-stop filming, editing, and travelling across VIC & SA, all to ensure both stories were told with the depth they deserved.
Seeing this film play on the big screen at the Green Triangle Timber Industry Awards, as Stephen’s name was announced to a room of 300+ people, was incredibly special.
Huge credit to Kate Hill from Rhetorica, who leads these projects from start to finish — crafting the storyline, shaping the concept, sourcing archival footage, and guiding every interview. Looking forward to more creative adventures with Kate this year.

For the first time in GTTIA history, there was a tie — meaning double the stories, double the filming, and double the work in our 5 week timeframe. Kate and I hustled to storyboard, conceptualise, dig up old footage, film and deliver these films, ready for big screen in front of 300+ industry leaders as the winners were announced.
Our first film tells the story of Laurie Hein, recipient of the Timber Legend Award at the Green Triangle Timber Industry Awards. A humble beginning, a lifetime of hard work, and a career built from the ground up — Laurie’s impact on the timber industry speaks for itself.
We sat down with people who know Laurie’s contribution best and gave us an inside look at his legacy. I’ll let the video tell the rest of Laurie’s story.
