Job Available: Cleaning & Property Inspection Consultant – Kilburn

We run shared accommodation in Kilburn and are looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner for ongoing weekly work.

Key details

6 hours per week (cleaning)

$35 per hour

Long-term, reliable work

Requirements

Spanish as a first language

Friendly, approachable, people-focused

Must live in or very close to Kilburn

Reliable and proactive

Role includes

Weekly cleaning across 3 houses (next door to each other)

Light gardening & general property support

Property inspections for pre-screened tenants

Each property inspection is paid as 30 minutes

Reporting back on tenant suitability and any issues

Occasional paid errands (Bunnings / Kmart)

Equipment & products

Vacuums, mops etc. provided onsite

Cleaning products provided (collected from Bunnings Churchill Centre if needed – paid time)
