Smash battered chicken ( Ayam Geprek ), best pairing to level up the Nasi Liwet ( fragrance spices coconut rice ).

What make it even more special is our hand smashed sambal using HABANERO Chilli for our sambal geprek. its spicy but had that distinct fruity note, blend well with the aromatic KAEMPFERIA GALANGAL.

Im sure you will ask for extra rice 😜

kaempferia galanga ( kencur ) is the backbone of the dish, its warm, spicy noodle dish that comes with combination meat balls and soaked crackers as the main character.
