You can't see what's inside an EV battery to know it's condition, an AVILOO battery test can show you exactly what is going on. If you are buying a used EV to avoid the rising petrol costs, make sure it's tested so that you don't buy a headache.
We are the only company in South Australia to provide the Aviloo Battery Diagnostics to help people buying used EVs to know exactly what they are getting. We also offer a prepurchase EV inspection designed specifically for EVs.
So if you want to buy an EV, use the link in the comments to book an inspection or battery test.

Buying an EV? Make sure it has an AVILOO battery test certificate. This means the battery has been tested for any defects or excessive loss of capacity.
The number one concern we get at All In Vehicle Inspections from our customers is "I'm concerned about the battery health on a used EV". So we have teamed up with Aviloo Battery Diagnostics to get you the best details about an EVs battery health in Australia.
You will get a condition report, how much is left in the battery, what that means for range, how it compares to thousands of other EV batteries of the same type, and the condition of the battery systems.
Want confidence when buying an EV, get an AVILOO Battery Test, and for higher confidence add a prepurchase EV inspection. Booking links in the comments.

Jonny didn't know that we are the only provider in South Australia for Electric Vehicle (EV) battery testing. That's why the car he bought didn't have a battery that was certified with an AVILOO Battery Diagnostic Test.
Electric cars don’t have engines… but they do have a battery worth tens of thousands of dollars, and even if they are under warranty, do you want it in the dealership or out on the road?
And most buyers have no idea what condition it’s in.
That’s where an AVILOO Battery Test comes in.
At All In Vehicle Inspections, we can test the health of an EV battery and show you what’s really going on inside it.
The test provides real data, including:
• Battery State of Health (SOH)
• Remaining usable capacity
• Battery degradation level
• Comparison to all other EVs in the world
• Independent battery health certification
This is the kind of information that can make the difference between buying a great EV… or buying a very expensive problem.
Even better, the battery test can be combined with a full EV inspection, where we also check:
• charging systems
• cooling systems
• suspension, brakes, and tyres
• electronics and safety systems
• overall vehicle condition
So instead of guessing, you get real evidence about the vehicle and the battery.
And right now, All In Vehicle Inspections is the only provider in South Australia offering Aviloo Battery Diagnostics.
Don’t be Dave.
Know the battery before you buy.

Buying an EV? Here 5 tips to help you out....
Get an AVILOO battery test done on the vehicle before you buy, that way you know the battery is ready to go with no issues.
Get a prepurchase EV Inspection before you buy, it's not just the battery that can have problems, most of the vehicle shares the same components as any other car, so make sure no parts need changing or are damaged.
Run a check before you buy to check that it's not stolen, written-off, or has finance against it. In Australia that will cost you $2 from the government themselves.
Think about how you will charge it. Super chargers are expensive and are not at your house. A charger that can plug into your 240v wall socket is ok but is very, very, slow. So get one fitted to the wall.
Check out your insurance, we recomend a broker who hunts for the best deals, but remember, that very fast electric car can be insured but how much do you want to play?
Need an Aviloo Battery Diagnostics test or a prepurchase EV inspection? We can help you out in South Australia, details in the bio so you can buy an electric vehicle with peace of mind.

Imagine this; You find a worn tyre on a used truck that you are buying, what do you do next? Ignore it, haggle, or walk away?
Well, all answers may be correct. Here's why:
Ignore it - This is your worse option as tyres can be expensive, but if the tyre wear is minor and the seller has evidence of correcting what caused the wear, there may be no fault apart from a tyre that may wear out a little sooner. If the price is right you could Ignore it or go to the next suggestion.
Haggle: OK, this is a great one but only if you know what you are haggling about. Sure the tyre is worn out, but why did it wear out. If the tread is flat with no excessive wear on the edges, then it could just be time for a set of tyres. Find out the cost of a set and Haggle it off the vehicle price.
But what if the tyre has worn unevenly, for example on the edge? That could be a sign of poor wheel alignment, thats not a big issue unless the adjusting bolts are siezed. But other components ts may have failed that caused the tyre wear such as worn out bushes, sagging suspension, bent components, loose bolts, accident damage and many more. That means the vehicle may need a $5,000 repair and not just a $300 tyre. Don't forget , if it's a dealer you can haggle to get the vehicle repaired instead of reduced, that can take out some unknown concerns about the repair.
Walk away: this can be hard, but try not to get too attached to the vehicle that you are looking at, there are often many more of them. Tyres are an easy fix but if the repair parts above cost more to buy and fit than the price of the vehicle, it's time to walk away. That might even be why they are selling it in the first place. Also if it's unresolved accident damage, there may be more to that vehicle than you first thought, so if you don't feel comfortable with the deal, just walk away. Also, if the person wants top dollar, but refuses to negotiate the repairs needed, just walk away as that vehicle will cost you more than it's worth.
And the best way to know all of this is to get a prepurchase truck inspection done before purchase. See our bio for contact details.

Car ads can often be misleading, either by ignorance of the vehicles condition or purposeful intent to deceive. Don't be afraid to ask questions about the vehicle, and get the vehicle inspected if you don't know the signs of heavy wear on a vehicle.

If you are buying a classic car, this one che k could save you thousands and prevent a crash.
Buying cars is about trust, so here are three red flags for you when buying a vehicle.
1. Is the seller answering the questions you asked or do they sound like they are avoiding the questions.
2. Does the condition of the vehicle resemble the ad. If they don't tell the truth, what are they hiding?
3. Do a vehicle history check such as a PPSR in Australia. That tells you if the vehicle has been recorded as stolen, registered by the insurance as a write-off, or if there is finance owing.
Bonus: Get the vehicle inspected, if they don't want it inspected then is probably something wrong.
There's my red flags, let me know yours in the comments.
