Heat List 🔥🔥
Registration will start from 6:45am - there will be a registration table that you must attend to get your team ticked off and grab your goodie bag.
Coffee will be ready to go whilst you’re arriving!!!
At 7:30am there will be a quick briefing for the day and any questions you may have, then straight into our 1st Heat.
Please make sure you are on time for each heat, we have allowed plenty of time between heats so once things and set up we will aim to get started as soon as we can with the next events.
Finals - the top 6 teams will come through to the final event and the winners will be determined by accumulation of points!!
Only days away now, can’t wait this is going to be huge!!!!

The Final
The Final ‘Synchro’
Top 6 teams from each division will playoff in the final event, the winner of each division will be decided through points accumulated through the day
At 3,2,1 ... GO 12 reps of Bar Muscle Ups or Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Intermediate) will be performed
*Male teams will do this part synchronised
*Female teams will break the B-Ups or C2B P-Ups reps between the team ‘not synchronised’
Once the 12 reps are complete 2 players will then chip through the Thrusters ‘synchronised’ swapping 1 player out however the team decides then same applies for Toes to Bar and Power Snatches
Moving onto 9 reps of all movements then 6 reps, once the gymnastics and barbell work is complete teams will then move to the Air Dyne to complete 90/60 Calories
*Players will swap every 15/10 Calories
When Calories are completed all players will run to the finish and complete the workout 🙌🏼
Time Cap: 15mins
This is time to give it everything you’ve got and leave nothing in the tank🔥🔥
With only 28 Days to go we need to start finalising all details ....
We need all teams signed up through Wodify Arena, a lot have already done so but we need everyone.
This will be our hub for the day of competition, also we need everyone to complete waivers and tank sizing for your packs. Those who registered the team through Eventbrite please head follow the link below and register your team, each team member then will receive an email to complete the registration.
This needs to be done no later than Jan 31st.

Event 3A: 🏋️♀️🏋🏽♂️💪🏼💪🏼
At 3,2,1…..GO your team will have 6 mins to all build up to a 1 Rep Max Clean and jerk
You may have as many lifts as you can fit in the time and lift in any order
You may power clean or squat clean and any form of STOH is permitted
Your teams score for event 3A is the heaviest successful lift recorded for each person combined
At the 6 minute mark you will have 1 minute to deload your barbell to the working weight for Event 3B
Event 3B: 🏋️♀️🏋🏽♂️🔥 🔥
On the 7 minute mark Event 3B will begin, you will have 7 minutes to get through 60 Clean and jerks and in the time remaining perform max synchro Barfacing burpees
You may power clean or squat clean and any form of STOH is permitted. 1 person will lift at a time and you may break up the reps how ever you like
Once 60 reps have been successfully completed you will begin your synchronised barfacing burpees.
2 people work at a time while one person gets to rest. Both working athletes must be synchronised at the bottom of the burpee
Break up the reps and swap as often as you like.
Your score for event 3B is total reps (Clean and jerks + the amount of barfacing burpees)
Event 3A and Event 3B are two seperate scored events.

Event 2: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Each member of the team will start on either the Rower, Ski Erg or Bike Erg
At 3,2,1.....GO you will work for 2 minutes, on the 2 minute Mark you will rotate in a clockwise direction,
Row - SkI - Bike
You will continue to rotate every 2 minutes until the first piece of equipment has reached the target distance.
Once that target distance has been reached the 3 team members may swap how ever they like to finish off the remaining metres on the two pieces of equipment that are left
Your score is Total time taken to finish the last piece of equipment
Time Cap: 22 mins

EVENT 1 🔥
This chipper workout is sure to get the day started and build that burn!
At 3,2,1 ... GO - Player 1 will start at the 40 Wall Balls then chipping through all the movements and will have 5mins to complete the whole workout.
If not completed within the 5min cap, P1 will be time capped and P2 will start (reps remaining will be added to the total time)
Player 1 has 0-5mins
Player 2 has 5-10mins*
Player 3 has 10-15mins*
*If the player in front of you finishes before the time cap you may start then, giving you extra time to finish
So move fast to earn that extra time, giving your team every chance to finish 💚🖤🧡
