Everybody loves a quick and comforting pasta recipe. Here is how to make the creamiest kale pasta you've ever tried. You only 15 minutes, less than 10 ingredients, a sauce pan and a blender!

Ingredients:
200 g bucatini (or any pasta, for 2 persons)
4 leaves Kale or Cavolo Nero
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup (75 g) frozen peas (thawed)
A handful basil
A handful mint leaves (optional)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast to keep it vegan)
1/2 broccoli
1 handful toasted hazelnuts / pine nuts

Ingredients:

2 aubergines / eggplants
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 x 300 g / 10 oz package Zeta Millet Mix
1/2 fennel
2 handfuls baby kale or baby spinach
100 g / 1 cup mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
1 handful red grapes, sliced
1 bag / tin cooked chickpeas
150 g / 5 oz feta cheese
1/2 tsp chili flakes
a handful green olives

Pesto vinaigrette
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp pesto
salt and pepper

2 winter tomatoes
1 spring onion
2 tbsp of your best olive oil
a handful toasted hazelnuts
2 soft dates

1/2 tsp sumac
