Hands up if you’re a victim of blonde blindness? 🙋‍♀️ If you’re like me and made the decision to no longer being blonde, what made you change your mind? I’m not against going blonde, but for many clients I see, sometimes going blonde isn’t the answer

Ok the results are in! Here are the final votes:
44% Summer
23% Winter
17% Autumn
15% Spring

So before I share the results, let me explain why it’s challenging to capture accurate colour analysis on camera.

I used the three color dimension: undertone (cool), value (moderate to high), and intensity (moderate to high) that determine her season.

Drumroll please 🥁: This client was a gorgeous True winter!

If you love neutrals, this is your reminder 🤍

Beige isn’t one colour and cream isn’t universal.

And don’t forget that minimal doesn’t always mean flattering.

The best outfits that look effortlessly polished in neutrals aren’t just just a coincidence.

It’s because there’s a balance with the tones.

So just remember your best neutrals aren’t random - they’re usually just your colour season in disguise.

Once you understand this, everything gets easier.

Shopping makes more sense.

Outfits feel more cohesive.

And your wardrobe finally starts working together.

Ok so I know this goes against concept of colour analysis, but it’s been stuck on my mind. So why can’t we live a little trying new colours outside our ‘designated’ colour palette?

The 3 things I did so my travel wardrobe that actually worked..

Firstly, I used the 5-4-3-2-1 packing method: 5 tops, 4 bottoms, 3 shoes, 2 bags, 1 of each accessory (belt, sunglasses, hat) - no overthinking.
There is ONE exception - I also packed a swimsuit and one activewear set (which hardly took any room).

Then I only packed only my Colour Capsule colours so that every piece worked together, nothing felt “off,” and I didn’t default to black.

Lastly, I built a packing list in a digital wardrobe app called Indyx. I did this by pre-styling outfits before I even left home. A total game-changer.

What was the end results?
Less clothes. Better outfits. Zero panic packing.Save this for your next trip!

We’re putting the Kookai Oslo Cinched Blazer to the test – we’re going to style two outfits using warm vs cool colours.

Kate from rocking the Dark Mahogany in warm tones Lauren from .Capsule wearing the Navy & White in cool tones

Same blazer.
Different colour palettes.
Totally different energy.

This is why understanding your undertone matters!
The right colour can make you look brighter, fresher and more polished. While the wrong one can feel… off.

Which look are you vibing with more?
Team warm or team cool? 👇

Let me guess…
You choose black because
✔ it feels safe
✔ you’ve been told it’s “slimming”
✔ you don’t know what colours suit you
✔ you’ve had a bad shopping experience before
✔ you think it goes with everything

But here’s the truth….Black isn’t universally flattering.

For many seasons, it can:
• overpower your natural colouring
• highlight shadows & texture
• make you look more tired than polished
• compete with colour instead of enhancing it

The reason you rely on black?
You were never shown your best colours 🌈

Once you know your colour season,
you stop hiding in black
and start dressing with confidence, ease & glow

Over half of you guessed… but did you pick the right one?
This is exactly what I test during colour analysis.Because jewellery isn’t just an accessory, it reflects light straight back onto your face.
When the metal matches your undertone:✔️Your skin looks brighter✔️Your eyes pop✔️You look fresher instantly
And when it doesn’t… it can make you look tired or dull (even on a good makeup day 😭)
Did you guess correctly? Tell me below 👇Silver or gold? 💍

This is my 2016 ➡️ 2026 Throwback! When I look back on 2016, I was a 23 year old with huge dreams ans ambitions and this year was filled amazing opportunities and travel…and also some personal hardship. I remember having the opportunity to travel to Washington DC and United Nations HQ in New York as a part of a young leader program, and also spending a large amount of time in South East Asia travelling and also as a team leader with a youth program (staying at a regional elephant conservation village). This is also the year I started my watch brand (my first business fail 😆) and learnt a lot from this experience. It really was a huge year for my 20s but one I would never forget! #2016
