We recently shared a family recipe from one of the participants we work with, and he let us know that he was keen to share another after we saw a delicious cake in his kitchen that he’d made 🧑🍳
This is his delicious sultana cake recipe! We’ve also shared the original photo of the recipe, that also shares a helpful baking tip! Thank you to our wonderful participant for sharing 😊
We didn’t let the cold weather stop us from getting out into the garden and getting our hands dirty!
Big jobs like landscaping the front and back yard take a lot of work, but seeing it all come together makes it so worth it. Well done mate!

Last month we were out shopping at TTP when we randomly stumbled on the Touch a Truck event at Civic Park! 🚚
It was cool to see so many huge trucks up close and personal and we had a bit of fun getting the full tradie experience 👷♂️
Checking things off of our shopping list, all while having a good time! ✅

Who doesn’t love a cheeky game of billiards? 🎱
A few rounds of pool are not only a great time out in the community, but can also work towards building coordination, focus and confidence, all while having some healthy competition!

Meet the newest addition to the Be Remarkable team, Amelia! 👋
Amelia has recently finished a Diploma of Nursing and is keen to utilise her nursing know-how while supporting participants in their everyday lives to build confidence and independence. She aims to create a supportive environment where each and every person she works with feels respected and empowered. In her spare time, Amelia enjoys music, gaming, fitness and movies.

One of our participants is a passionate baker. He’s always in the kitchen whipping up delicious treats using cherished family recipes passed down through generations.
