A landmark day in interventional cardiology.
Proud to be part of multiple complex in-stent restenosis (ISR) cases using Coronary LASER, achieving excellent outcomes for our patients. It was a privilege to be part of the first Australian Coronary LASER Workshop at TPCH, advancing innovation and expertise in complex PCI.
My sincere thanks to Dr Rustem Dautov for his leadership in organising this outstanding educational event, and to the entire cath lab team for their dedication and collaboration.
Innovation, education, and teamwork—driving better patient care every day.

✨ What an incredible day at the 1st South Australian Interventional Cardiology Symposium — held at the beautiful Sofitel Adelaide!
It was an honour to deliver the Welcome Address and see this vision, first imagined two years ago, come to life. The event was a huge success — exceptionally well attended and filled with energy, collaboration, and innovation.
The program covered cutting-edge topics in complex PCI, coronary imaging, TAVI, mitral interventions, and coronary physiology — with engaging talks, case discussions, and hands-on workshops.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rustem Dautov, our moderators, panellists, fellows, and amazing industry partners for making it all possible.
So proud to see South Australia leading the way in interventional cardiology education and collaboration. ❤️
