We recently completed a stunning renovation + extension to this classic bungalow, blending timeless character with modern living. The home now features a reimagined kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedroom and cellar, along with an expansive open-plan living space that flows seamlessly to a new alfresco area.

Some progress photos from our small (but tall) extension on a Return Verandah Villa in Largs Bay. Increasing the footprint by roughly 50sq/m the new area includes Ensuite, WIR, Bathroom, Laundry and kitchen extension all whilst retaining the 3.6m ceilings and 1915’s charm.

Taking advantage of the warmer weather, here is a Jarrah Deck we’ve built over the last couple days. Utilising 135mm wide boards and being that Jarrah is hard wearing this deck will look beautiful for years to come once oiled.

We don’t just do Renovations, Extensions and new builds, we also do smaller jobs too! Here’s some smaller jobs we completed for a client down at North Haven in some spare days we had recently. Front Door, Laundry/Back Door, Eaves, and cladding.

Recently started some insurance work at Scott’s Creek. Unfortunately the floods damaged the entire bottom floor of this shack.

Our works include cleaning and prepping the steel framework, re-lining the walls and ceiling, gyprock flushing, replacing doors, new skirting and removing old windows/doors and replacing with new.

This is a 2nd story transformation for a client in Tennyson. The brief was for a fully self contained space upstairs to serve as a rentable AirBNB. This part of the house is now totally concealed from the downstairs area as well as being sound proofed also. The last photo shows what we started with. @ Tennyson
