Last week, our school proudly recognised National Reconciliation Week guided by this year’s theme, “All In.” 🖤💛❤️

“All In” was a call to action for every Australian, not only First Nations peoples, to move beyond words and stand together in meaningful, everyday acts of reconciliation.

Throughout the week, our students and staff engaged in activities that deepened our understanding of Australia’s shared history, celebrated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and explored how we can contribute to a more inclusive future.

As a school community, we are committed to being “All In” continuing to learn, reflect, and take meaningful steps towards reconciliation every day.

This term, we’ve stepped into the exciting world of drama and what a performance it’s been! 🎬

Our YP's have been exploring the building blocks of drama through improvisation, teamwork, and confidence-building activities. From quick thinking to big laughs, everyone has been giving it a go and supporting each other along the way 💪🎉

We’ve been bringing stories to life through fun games like Party Quirks and Freeze, the creativity (and giggles!) have been non-stop! 🤣👏

We’re also enjoying taking our learning over to Northern Sound System , where students have had even more space to shine, express themselves, and grow their confidence on and off the “stage.”

We can’t wait to see where their imaginations take them next! 🌟🎭

✨ Australia’s leading future-focused museum! 🚀✨

On Tuesday, the Callan Class enjoyed an exciting trip into the city to visit MOD.

YP's had the opportunity to explore a range of interactive exhibits and engage in hands-on learning experiences that sparked curiosity and creativity 🤩🧠

After a fun and educational morning, the group headed to Maccas for lunch 🍔🍟, where everyone enjoyed some time to relax, eat and connect.

It was a fantastic day of learning, exploration, fun and social connection 🎉

🔥 Ice Factor SA Wrap-Up! ❄️🏒

What an incredible start to the year for our Ice Factor team! Throughout Term 1, our crew has shown awesome growth! sharpening their skating and hockey skills, building confidence, and supporting each other every step of the way. 💪⛸️

The teamwork, determination, and positive energy on the ice have been amazing to watch, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Stay tuned this term as they take on new challenges, keep pushing limits, and continue growing together on the ice.

💼 Year 10s Explore Future Pathways!

This week our Westcourt Year 10 students visited the Adelaide Careers & Employment Expo at the Adelaide Showgrounds!

They had the opportunity to connect with a wide range of employers, training organisations, and industry experts, gaining valuable insights into career pathways, further study options, and future job opportunities.

👏 Well done to all for representing Westcourt and ERFS so positively!

By taking part, we’re joining thousands of Australians in creating a kinder, safer world, where no young person has to face bullying alone.

Together, we honour Dolly's memory and her dream of a world free from bullying.
