I am delighted to report that 2026 has started well with our participation in the ANZAS competition in New Zealand. My skaters' performances were commendable, yielding impressive results and a great experience for everyone involved.

⛸✨ We’re excited to present the Queensland Figure Skating Championships 2025! ✨⛸

From October 22–25, the state’s best skaters will take to the ice at Iceworld Boondall, competing across a variety of figure skating disciplines.

Come along and experience the magic, athleticism, and artistry of Queensland’s top talent in action — it’s an event not to be missed!

Latest update from the rink

Acacia ridge to be re opened on Monday 🙂

CYCLONE UPDATE: Both venues will remain closed this weekend. We plan to re-open on Monday morning. Acacia will open for the 6am ISQ Figure Session but at Boondall we have re-jigged maintenance and will now remain closed on March 10 but March 17 will now be uninterrupted.

CYCLONE UPDATE: Boondall will close at 6pm today. Acacia Ridge will close at 8pm today.

Both venues will be closed Thursday and Friday. We plan to re-open at 4pm on Saturday, March 8.
