Simple Babaganush
Basically now that you have time you might as well make a piece of toast a bit more interesting ( think of brusquettas as if youve only had s*x on missionary and then suddenly your try doggy style, its pretty much the same but, ooohh so much better!
This is for 4 eggplants (2-3 brusquettas)
This is what you need to do
1.) pre heat your oven at the maximum it will take it should be like 250 or if you have new technology turn it up till the image of George Clooney appears ( its time of crisis but let us not forget that this man is a national treasure)
2.) take your eggplants and slightly stab them ( just the tip of your knife) all around the eggplants
3.) put the eggplants on your oven and leave them there for like 1 hour or 2 in the super hot oven , you will know they are ready once the skin is burned and the inside is cooked.
4.) take them off the oven, serve yourself some green detox smoothie and peel the burned skins from the eggplants and put the flesh on the bowl
5.) wash your hands, you know the drill, 20 seconds sing the chorus of „hit me baby one more time“. And through away that detox smoothie who are we kidding get the vodka or whisky 🥃.
6.) In the bowl add around 5 tbls of tahina (add more if you want it creamier), 2 grated garlic cloves ( if you want to have a garlic punch its not like you are kissing anytime soon), squeeze 1 lemon, salt and olive oil ( obviously taste till its tasty, if its not take 3 shots of whisky and eat it afterwards)
To finish, toast your bread and rub it with a garlic clove and put the babaganush on top, on top of that add chilli ( for some spicyness) and tomato seeds.
Enjoy your food and yourselfs

Lets celebrate affordable food in these lockdown days!
Alot of people have asked me to do vegan recipes that are simple to do so here is my attempt to help everyone out there
Garlic sage brased coliflower tacos with hummus.
So here is how you can make it.
1.) make a broth or made it simple make water taste of something by putting water in a pot with smashed garlic, sage ( can be dried), an onion cut in half and olive oil. add salt to taste but dont over do it.
2.) break a coliflower into smaller flowers ( tear it with your hands, take this time to play does she doesnt she or to consider your past decisions like not buying enough tequila, or not waiting till the end of the day to watch p**n)
then in a hot deep pan cook the flowers with a nice splash of olive oil till you get a nice color.
3.) add the broth ( yummy water you made before) to the colored coliflowers till the are half submerged in the tasty liquid. ( think of the coliflowers like people from your office that you dont hate, but that are extremely annoying. You dont want to drown them (unless they are jannice from accounting) rather you just want to drown half their body so they will just shut up.
4.) boil and let the flowers to fully cook while the liquid reduces and gets absorbed by the all mighty flowers
5. when its ready, turn off the pan and chill for a while. Chop parsley, dill, mint ( basically whatever herb you want and have) lemon and mix. Taste and its done!
6.) assemble the taco ( although in a sandwich or pita will also be good) put hummus as your base, a few baby flowers, tahina on top and a pinch of paprika
Get messy and celebrate food!
Its really the first time im doing this so if anyone has feedback ill happily listen to it!

We had a blast experimenting yesterday, and playing with our concept for a very special event!
No, we sadly did not have a massive empanada pillow fight! We did, however, fight over the last empanada with an intensive game of hide and seek!
The end result?
Colombian empanadas with a Spanish tortilla filling that will entertain you while making them or will delight you while eating them!
DM us now if you would like to here more on this.

Tea time caterings can be so much fun if you put a little latin into it 😉
And is so easy to do! Just smash together some ripe bananas and release some anger issues in the process, then apologize to Harry and Ben ( the bananas) by being sweet and adding sugar and cinnamon to taste, add flour to get them ready for their oil bath, take 2 spoons to prepare them for an oil bath.
After their time is up roll them in sugar and cinnamon finally put some of your favorite jam to add some color to you babies!
