「レモニズム × ジャポニズム」は、タケヤアケミの「レモニズム」（パフォーマンス＆インスタレーション)シリーズの一環である。それは美術史上の様々なアートムーブメント（イズム・主義）と対峙するというコンセプトで現在も発展、継続中のプロジェクトである。映像作家の飯名尚人とのコラボレーションのもと、タケヤのダンス、歌と語りによるパフォーミング・アートによって、ゴッホの「ペール・タンギの肖像」への現代的な反応、献辞を提示する。
