On March 6, MESPOM student Lulin Han and CEU BA student Dominga Meneses, recipients of the CIVICA Student Engagement Fund, traveled to IE University in Madrid, Spain, for the ninth annual Women’s Leadership Conference, organized by IE’s Women in Business Club.
Under the theme “Trailblazers: Women Shaping Their Future”, the conference gathered distinguished figures from business and institutional spheres to discuss the challenges and opportunities of women’s leadership, from insights on career advancement to the power of mentorship.
CEU is one of ten leading social science universities that compose the European alliance, CIVICA, and the CIVICA Student Engagement Fund is a mini-grant funding scheme that fosters cross-campus collaboration among students and student associations within the alliance.
