Your time during a day is like an empty vase. How you choose to fill that vase is entirely up to you.

However, if first you focus on a series of minor tasks (sand), that vase is going to be filled up quite quickly and there will be no place left for major objectives (big rocks).

By identifying what your "big rocks" are, you get to fill your vase with as many of them as it fits, and you're still left with enough space for pebbles (short-term goals) and sand (minor tasks).

2020 is behind us and it we can definitely say that it was one memorable year.

One thing that nobody expected when the year was starting is the switch from office to remote working. For some it has been more difficult, while some may have enjoyed it. We, at Lighthouse, decided to list a few of the benefits and drawbacks we noticed throughout the year.
