ROW INC. Update ‼️

Liebe Rowdies,

heute melden wir uns mit einem wichtigen – und auch für uns selbst überraschenden – Update bei euch:

Aufgrund kurzfristiger, unerwarteter Entwicklungen müssen wir unser Studio im Dianabad bedauerlicherweise mit Ende April verlassen und den ROW INC. Betrieb vorübergehend pausieren.

Die gute Nachricht: Wir sind bereits in fortgeschrittenen Gesprächen für eine ideale neue Location und arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, so schnell wie möglich ein großartiges neues Zuhause für ROW INC. zu schaffen. Sobald es hier mehr Klarheit gibt, erfahrt ihr es natürlich als erstes.

Was bedeutet das nun für euch?

● Alle bestehenden Credits bleiben gültig und sind bei unserer Wiedereröffnung ganz normal einzulösen
● Bis Ende April habt ihr noch die Möglichkeit, eure Credits in unserem aktuellen Studio im Dianabad zu nutzen

Wir danken euch für euer Verständnis und euren Support und sind unglaublich dankbar für das, was wir alle gemeinsam mit ROW INC. geschaffen haben: eine Community, die weit über einzelne Workouts hinausgeht. 💙

Split & Pace — ROW INC. terms you should know

A split is the time it takes to row 500 m — it’s how the erg shows your pace.

Pace is the speed you hold over a piece; lower splits = faster pace and better power.

At ROWINC we track splits to guide intervals, measure progress, and hit those PRs — row smart, row strong. 🚣‍♀️🔥

🎧 Headphones = focus. They cut gym noise, let you hear the coach clearly, so every stroke counts.
