The RIAT-CZ Project financed through Interreg Central Europe AT-CZ opens the research infrastructure to researchers coming from selected Czech, Moravian and Austrian regions. Cross-border collaboration among biotechnological partners - C E I T E C, Vienna Biocenter Core Facilities (VBCF), Institute of Science and Technology (IST) Austria, and the International Clinical Research Center of St. Anne's University Hospital Brno ( -ICRC) - stimulates innovations and provides equipped core facilities to other researchers in life sciences and bio- and nanotechnology sectors. The open access to the facilities is free of charge and is available as long as the capacity exists. Find more at bit.ly/riatCZen.

From mouse liver RNA, we covered 50% of the current RefSeq annotation (13% of ENCODE isoforms) with one SMRT-cell (8Gb output). 138878 isoforms in total.
