If someone asks what I am doing all day long, this shall be my answer 🩶 ❤️

Sometimes, a day or just an hour, a moment, can transform your life, and I am not thinking of catastrophic events. Last week was busy as usual, and yet so different! I had an important exam last Friday, final step in a 3 year study back at University, and I am freaking out with anxiety attacks when it comes to exams… so I took the chance to work on it with during a fantastic masterclass with Dr . This was the first transformative step (and I managed both anxiety as well as exam pretty well ☺️). The even bigger thing yet happened during the same Master class with an incredible therapist and person, Zeig, when I had the chance to have her work with me in a public session. I will not say much now, but I have a very strong feeling that outcomes of this deep, deep session, with repair and deep trauma release, will show in the upcoming weeks, months, years. This experienced, wonderful professional created a space for me to turn around some incredible pain and blockage into creativity, courage and freedom. I could not be more grateful - I feel unleashed.
