How and why "decadent" structures under the guise of profit and the usual caste platitudes end up being debunked in their arrogant exploitative-profiteering vanity:

Did you hear that in the comparative of the famous "Saher cakes" one of the cheapest versions won, that the so-called " " is not even in the top three places?

The Austrian Association for Consumer Information (VKI) conducted a blind taste test of ten Sacher cakes. supermarket products easily beat branded cakes in a layman's taste test and that cheaper brands beat "traditional" companies.

Small, vertically cut pieces were served, allowing each bite to reveal the flavor of the jam, dough and glaze. Judging criteria included appearance, aroma, texture (moistness and lightness) and taste of glaze and jam. According to the testers, two cakes had a "good" taste, and the other eight had an "average" taste. According to the democratic principle, sixty-eight laymen tasted various Sacher cakes without knowing their origin.

Želim da podelim priču iz Beča i Muzeja Albertina, gde je u toku izložba Marc Chagall-a (Мойша Захаравіч Шагалаў) koju sam veoma emotivno doživeo, ne samo zbog slikarskog opusa, na koji ne možete ostati ravnodušni, već i zbog toga što je njegova umetnost obeležila moj prvi projektni zadatak u Beču.
Jedna Chagall-ova slika bila je zvezda vodilja posebnog projekta, na kom sam imao priliku da dam svoj doprinos, u sklopu biroa AZB u Beču. High-end villa, ali sa twistom u enterijeru -ambijentom posebno projektovanim za sliku Marc Chagall-a. Izuzetno mi je drago da sam imao priliku biti deo te inspirativne priče, a ako i vi tražite inspiraciju u Chagallu - njegovu izložbi možete pogledati u Albertini do 9. Februara 2025.
