🧀Der Schweizer SBRINZ ist bei mir fast ein bisschen ins Hinterstübchen gerutscht. Doch dann schwärmte ein lieber Stammgast so sehr davon, dass ich mich gerne an den harmonischen und milchigen Geschmack zurückerinnerte. 😋 Letzte Woche kam dieser besagte Stammgast und brachte mir einen Zwickel vom Sbrinz. Sofort machten wir uns ans verkosten und... naja, viel muss ich Euch nicht erzählen. Er war einfach nur großartig. Milchig (trotz seiner 36 Monate), voll am Gaumen und gleichzeitig cremig. Einfach nur herrlich. 🇨🇭Sbrinz stammt aus der Innerschweiz zwischen Luzern und Bern und wird ausschließlich aus der Rohmilch vom Braunvieh hergestellt. 🥂 Den Sbrinz wollen wir Euch in der Greißlerei natürlich nicht vorenthalten. Viel Freude beim Genießen!
