Standing between my two concerts at the .wien 🎻🎻 Yesterday Mahler 9 with Sir Simon Rattle, and tonight the most beautiful chamber music from Schubert and Schönberg with my wonderful colleagues in the Brahms Saal. Two days in a row to dive and love the true Viennese sound 💪❤️

My third summer in Salzburg is completed! ✨ Every year brings new feelings, new friendships, and the joy of making music together at one of world’s greatest music festival.🎻🎹🎭🎶

This year I had the chance to perform with my orchestra under the batons of Riccardo Muti, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, and Franz Welser-Möst. Although it’s not the first time working with them, each conductor offered fresh inspiration! ❤️

Salzburg’s weather is randomly good or bad… many times arrived home soaked after concerts 🌧️—but I still love this city, where music and art are in the air everywhere. And on the rare free days, I could apparently manage to escape to the lakes to skip stones across the water. 😬🤫

I had the chance to play the most symphonic viola concerto with Maestro Ding Yuan and the remarkable Qingdao Symphony Orchestra! From the very first rehearsal, the collaboration just clicked.
I’d love to return to this beautiful coastal city anytime—for the music, the warm-hearted colleagues, and of course, a cold Qingdao beer by the sea! 🍻🏝️🤩

On the way back to Austria, I’m still on a cloud, thinking about the incredible joy and honor for me to lead the viola section of the in , and , with Franz Welser-Möst and the breathtaking Mahler 9th symphony!

Last Friday, my Love beyond Death recital in the twin shells of . Thanks to the Zhuhai audience for the warm welcome! Some people told me they drove several hours to come and listen to the viola. I’m so touched by the sincere enthusiasm! 🎻 I’d love to come back to the beautiful city and play in this fabulous concert hall again!
