Cash or Card?
What visual associations does the image evoke for you?

Phase 2 of our Creative Workshop Series explores shapes, composition, and visual balance.
Building on Phase 1, participants work through a facilitated creative process focused on translating visual ideas into intentional compositions and experimenting with form, space, and contrast.

Through guided artistic exploration, participants engage with visual perception, spatial relationships, and contextual meaning. Inspiration is drawn from art genres such as industrial postmodernism and pop art, encouraging experimentation and bold visual expression.

No artistic skills are required.

Phase 1 activities remain open to new participants. The sessions are creative experiences focused on artistic exploration. They are not therapy, coaching, or personal development programs.

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
— Rumi

You only recognize peace once you’ve lost it.
In that moment of truth, you step onto a path:
either toward inner work and self-love,
or back into old patterns—holding on to what no longer works.

Responsibilities. Work. Career. A life situation.
Someone important. An old memory. The comfort of the status quo.

But you don’t need to hold everything.
You don’t need to be there for everyone.

Let go of what no longer has a place in your life.
Release the patterns that keep you stuck.
Empty the cup.
Live a little.

2026 is a year of integration—
of movement toward your real self, your purpose,
and what you truly need.

Everything else must fall away.

Until then, slow down.
Think. Reflect.
And allow the good things to come in.

“I do not want to found anything on the incomprehensible. I want to know whether I can live with what I know and with that alone.” — Albert Camus

Some people, myself included, need a deeper understanding of the world around us. Whether it is science, art, work, a task, or a human connection, this need is not merely curiosity—it is a way of existing. An inner drive to learn, to grow, and to manifest meaning through awareness.

Not everyone relates to the world in the same way, and that difference is not a flaw. We can coexist in a safe and balanced space as long as we recognize and respect the boundaries between ourselves and others. This balance is cultivated through reflection and by raising awareness of the self, of others, and of the environment we share.

Without overthinking the tension between our need for meaning and the world’s indifference, we can ground our emotions by allowing them to unfold naturally. Through music, dance, books, spiritual teachings, films, paintings, and other forms of art, we enter an inner landscape that guides us toward acceptance.

If this resonates with you, you are in the right space and warmly invited to discover these reflections through a creative workshop. Reach out for more details.

Imagine living from a place called Dharma—a state where everything you need arrives at exactly the right time. Where there is no urge to search or chase, because what is meant for you naturally finds its way to you.

Earlier this year, in August, I visited a place called Asilomar in Monterey, California. The experience felt extraordinary, almost miraculous, because only a short time before, such a trip had seemed impossible. And yet it unfolded effortlessly—without detailed planning, without overthinking. It was as though the universe had arranged every step in advance. Asilomar is also known from the film The Shift by Dr. Wayne Dyer—From Ambition to Meaning—which made being there feel even more meaningful.

Since then, I’ve been drifting between past and present, navigating both outer experiences and inner transformations. Memories surface, circumstances align, and unexpected moments appear that gently challenge beliefs I’ve held for many years. At times, I feel my father’s presence—subtle, yet unmistakable—guiding me toward both his legacy and my own purpose. Maybe it’s coincidence, or perhaps a quiet dance of quantum mechanics. Either way, I simply witness the unfolding of events that seem to manifest in harmony with my thoughts.

Maybe this is what Dharma feels like.

As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting—with gratitude, with softness, with awe—on everything that 2025 has brought into my life. There is so much for which I am deeply thankful. It was a year rich in soul-to-soul connections and filled with moments that nourished and expanded my spirit. 🙏💛🌅
