Every year the emba is honoring outstanding figures in the Austrian live marketing and event industry. This year, with international guests, live translation is part of the game. What a great fit, utilizing our AI translation and partnering with David Strolz of Silent Conference who is himself an outstanding figure in the Austrian event industry. 🙌

Spotlight on KOSMOS Chemnitz!
The festival has a dedicated working group, AG KOSMOS inklusiv, made up of local disability and inclusion organizations, working alongside the festival team since 2023. Their questions from day one: where could barriers form, and how do we avoid them before they even appear?
Their answers show up in details you can feel (literally): a tactile festival map, a sign language choir opening the main stage, sunflower lanyards for people with non-visible disabilities, a lowered bar counter, a stage platform for wheelchair users.
We love seeing accessibility treated this way and being part of it as well by providing AI Translation & Subtitles with LiveVoice.

Priests, presidents, popstars. Over the years, LiveVoice has translated a lot of voices. Last weekend in Rimini, Pope Leo XIV joined that list.

We were on-site powering the event with subtitles, making everything on stage accessible to participants from all over Europe. Fun Fact: Did you know that one of the LiveVoice founders is a is a longtime barefoot shoe enthusiast? Guess who it is...

Silvia is an experienced interpreter with a strong passion for what she does. For her, connecting people always comes first. Connecting through language, but also through who she is.
She's highly engaged, a natural networker, and a truly valued partner in the LiveVoice community. While she is part of the industry for many years, Silvia remains open, curious, and enthusiastic about new ideas. She works proactively, embraces innovation, and keeps evolving with genuine interest and energy.
It takes a certain kind of openness to engage with new technologies - like LiveVoice - early on, and Silvia has it in the best possible way. From the very beginning, that shared mindset made it possible for us to connect and build a strong working relationship.
When Silvia's not in the interpretation booth, she's just as happy in the garden as she is travelling. Whether it's discovering new places or new ideas, she's always curious about the world around her. And in calmer moments, she loves getting lost in a good book.

Meet Johannes – the newest member of the LiveVoice team! 👋🎉
Some people follow a straight path. Johannes took the scenic route – and that's exactly what makes him who he is.
He's been a hiking guide in Canada, a ski instructor in Austria, worked in sports sponsoring and marketing, hustled at events as a freelancer, and has set foot in over 80 countries. His background in Sports Management ties it all together – but what really defines Johannes is his love for people, movement, and always being where the action is.

So when he discovered LiveVoice, it just clicked. Johannes first encountered us at Digital X, where he coordinated Guided Tours powered by our software – and he was sold from day one: "I just thought the idea was incredibly cool. That everything works through one app now. No extra devices. And everything happens so fast." 🙌

And LiveVoice turned out to be his personal best of both worlds – the focus of working from home, combined with the energy of being out at events. As he puts it: "The mix between working from home and being at events – that's exactly what I need."

Throwback to the Europe Forum Wachau, where we supported the language interpretation service with LiveVoice.🇪🇺 🇦🇹

The Europe Forum Wachau is Austria’s central platform for European policy dialogue. For over 30 years, it has built bridges between Austria and its European neighbours and is now firmly established as a Central European for cross-border exchange.

Our partner Steiner Live has implemented AI translation with LiveVoice, making these important conversations more by bringing attendees’ native languages directly to their smartphones.
