Itâs mystery bag time, this time with a bunch of stationery items!
As you may have noticed, Iâve been moving Kabujiro more towards textile goods and accessories and slowly away from prints and stickers. Due to this, itâs time to run a clearance sale on a bunch of washi tape, notepad and sticker designs!
Grab them while theyâre still available, as I wonât be restocking them anytime soon!

Itâs cherry blossom season!
And what better way to get into the seasonal mood than with this new ukiyo-e spring shirt!
Itâs inspired by woodblock prints by Hiroshige, and I just love the way the design wraps around the body.

Iâve recently fallen in love with gouache painting, and since my work has become primarily digital, Iâm so happy Iâve found a creative outlet that doesnât include me staring at a screen all day.
I try to do one of these everyday to unwind from online shop / convention / design work, really embracing the messy brushstrokes and thick layers of paint.

Itâs already time for Leipzig Book Fair âą Manga Comic Con this year! It really does creep up on you every year, I should start packing but instead I spent a few hours making this catalog post.
Happy my laptop could handle all 300 layers used here haha⊠now I just need to figure out if I can fit everything I need in my booth as well

âąOvergrown Shrineâą
New illustration featuring one of my favourite things to paint: tanuki statues! I must admit, I put this piece aside for a while in the lineart stage because I got exhausted doing all of the bamboo and small leaves, but Iâm happy it is finally done now!

My Ukiyo-e floral set is launching today, together with 30 other new enamel pin designs! The perfect valentineâs day gift, donât you agree? đđșđž
Thereâs 3 peony colours, 2 different sakura pins (in gold and black plating each) and a bunch of other flowers too!
Theyâre based on the woodblock prints of Kono Bairei, who created amazing designs in the 1880s.

Iâm launching T-shirts!
Iâm so proud of these illustrations and designs! One of my goals this year was to create more traditional art / incorporate my brush skills into more of my final designs, and I think it worked really well hereâ
Which city is your favourite?
Will be up tomorrow together with all of my new enamel pin designs!

I need your help picking the background colour for my newest drawing⊠Personally Iâm leaning towards the darker red, but somehow the light blue also pops really wellă

Birds are pretty cool, right?
Iâve been really enjoying painting these little birds based on woodblock prints by Kono Bairei from the 1880s.
I also still have very limited stock of the bird shirt left!

Hereâs the full illustration of my floating ramen shop!
Really proud of this one, especially since Iâve always struggled to draw noodles well in the past and I think these turned out pretty all right! What do you think?
