Vlad began his career at Hirschmann Automotive Târgu Mureș six years ago, shortly after completing his bachelor’s degree. Today, he leads the Sample Part Production segment, having developed strong coordination and leadership skills along the way.

The Student Days & Festival is one of the biggest events in Târgu Mureș, Romania, bringing together thousands of students each year. Organized by the Hungarian Students' Association of Târgu Mureș, it has become the organization's largest event in the past 25 years, attracting more than 2,000 student participants.

We were happy to be part of the atmosphere and to give some of our colleagues the opportunity to join the festival.

Efficient and responsible transportation is a crucial driver in reducing our environmental impact.

Our logistics approach focuses on optimized routes, highly utilized transport vehicles, and fast supply to our plants and customers. At the same time, we are evaluating alternative, greener transportation modes – including rail solutions and low‑emission vehicles. Today, around 30% of the transport responsibility for delivered goods lies with us, while 70% is managed by customers and third‑party partners.

Improving transparency and efficiency across this shared responsibility is essential to further reduce emissions throughout our value chain.
