Yesterday, we brainstormed about sociopolitical motivations woth participants of the voice4youth project - our topics of interest and the journey that brought us towards our activity and stances of today. There were queerness, disability, eco-knowledge inequity and urban facial recognition discussed. Have a look yourself! 🤓

The Voice 4 Youth project has been running for one and a half years and we are curious about what has stuck with people just starting their sociopolitical engagement, or those who are already well on their way. We invite you to a relaxing and creative zine making session, in which we reflect on the people, places, political shifts and other moments in time that marked our very personal journey towards social and political engagement today.

It is also an opportunity to get to know people from different backgrounds and get connected.
Bring cash for drinks and snacks donation for the location 🙂

Dieses Mal zum Thema 📖 Gemeinsam einsam? Obwohl wir ständig vernetzt sind, fühlen sich viele Menschen isoliert. Gemeinschaft scheint oft schwieriger geworden zu sein, Individualismus prägt unseren Alltag. Woran liegt das? Wann haben wir Verbundenheit erlebt? Und was können wir tun, damit aus Nebeneinander wieder mehr Miteinander wird?

🤸‍♀️ Begegnung durch Bewegung ist zurück in 1150 Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus!

Diesen Sommer bringen wir Bewegung, Begegnung und Gemeinschaft in den Vogelweidpark.

Am 14. Juni von 15:00 bis 19:00 feiern wir unser Eröffnungsfest mit vielen spannenden Programmpukten! Von einem gemeinsamen Essen, über Cellomusik und einer Tanzaktion bis hin zu unseren Bewegungsworkshops. Am Eröffnungstag ist für alle etwas dabei! ☀️

⏰Alle Termine in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus (1150) im Vogelweispark:
Sonntags: 14.06., 21.06., 28.06., 05.07.
Mittwochs: 17.06., 24.06., 01.07.
Immer von 17:00 - 19:00 Uhr

💃Mit Tanz, Spiel und Bewegung erkunden wir den öffentlichen Raum auf neue Weise. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Bewegungspädagog:innen schaffen wir einen offenen Raum, in dem Menschen aller Altersgruppen spielerisch, nonverbal und ganz ohne Vorkenntnisse miteinander in Kontakt treten können.

Die Workshops sind kostenlos, finden ohne Anmeldung statt und richten sich an alle Menschen unabhängig von Alter, Sprache oder Herkunft. Mitmachen oder einfach zuschauen, alles ist willkommen.

📍 Begegnung durch Bewegung kommt diesen Sommer in mehrere Wiener Bezirke. Neben dem Vogelweidpark sind wir am Volkertplatz (1020), im Leopold-Rister-Park (1050), am Dornerplatz (1170) und im Matzner-Park (1140) aktiv.

Inspired by our last events in the framework of the Voice 4 Youth project, we want to invite you to explore the question “How do we envision a neighbourhood that enables youth participation?”

We will use the method of vision galleries to stretch our imaginations in envisioning the kind of society we would like to create, and discover how much we have in common with others, or not.

Afterwards there will be a community dinner 🤝
