We are pleased to introduce Shawn Teixeira as a lecturer at the 16th edition of the International Anti-Corruption Summer Academy (IACSA) 2026, taking place at IACA’s campus in Laxenburg (Austria) from 8 - 12 June 2026. Mr. Teixeira is Head of the Siemens Integrity Initiative and a senior compliance professional with more than 35 years of experience at Siemens.
In his session on 12 June 2026, titled “Collective Action and Compliance: The Siemens Integrity Initiative - From Ideas to Impact”, participants will explore how collaborative approaches between organizations can help address corruption risks and strengthen integrity frameworks.
Drawing on practical project experiences, the lecture will highlight how collective action initiatives can drive transformative change and encourage open discussion on lessons learned from real-world anti-corruption efforts.

We are pleased to introduce Klaus Moosmayer as a lecturer at the 16th edition of the International Anti-Corruption Summer Academy (IACSA) 2026, taking place at IACA’s campus in Laxenburg (Austria) from 8 to 12 June 2026. Mr. Moosmayer is a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank AG and a globally recognized expert in ethics, governance, and compliance. He is also a guest lecturer at IACA and a member of the advisory boards of the St. Gallen University Board Center and the Corporate Governance Institute at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
In his session on 12 June 2026, titled “Role of Ethics and Compliance in Global Business”, participants will explore how organizations can build trust between business and society while navigating complex ethical challenges. The lecture will introduce the concept of Integrated Assurance as a governance model linking risk management, compliance, and internal controls, and will also discuss emerging insights on responsible governance and the ethical use of artificial intelligence.

Paul is a senior journalist with the BBC News Investigations and BBC Verify teams. Joining the BBC in 1995, his background in computer science and journalism helped develop innovative digital research methods that continue to shape investigative practices today. Having trained professionals from organizations including the United Nations, the World Bank, OLAF, and the London Metropolitan Police, he now focuses on journalism, online investigation, and training within the BBC.
In his session at IACSA 2026, participants will learn how investigators uncover evidence and information online using advanced research techniques and digital tools. The session will explore methods such as people searches, reverse image search, AI and biometric tools, and location verification, demonstrating how open-source intelligence can support investigations and help identify individuals and places using publicly available information.
