It´s safer for parents if their kids don´t study Archaeology...

When describing the Sediment of a Stratigraphic Unit it must first be decided, whether it´s Sediment (geological) or a Layer (organic or non-organic material). Select the correct drop-down menu and define the details.

There is nothing more annoying...

When creating an excavation it is possible to define one of the registered users as the excavation director. This information appears automatically in all relevant files (e.g. field diary, cover sheet of the documentation,...).

Some fundamentals never change...

If you use Inari AIS to digitalize already completed excavations in the office, some standards can be defined. For example, if you know that a photo is available for each horizon, context, feature etc. you can simply tick the appropriate box in the tab "Default Values" when creating the dig. The information appears automatically in every relevant data set, which saves a lot of time.

Coffee always works!

It´s possible to upload the organisation´s logo to the Inari AIS. Simply open the oragnisation´s master data , click on the "Media" tab and upload a file. The Logo is automatically displayed on all exported documents.

It´s all about food...

In Inari AIS it´s possible to describe the separability of the sides of a horizon regardless of whether it´s the same on all sides or changes on different sides. Simply click the "Add Separability Side" button in the "Shape Description" tab and select the appropriate option.
