She started her career working as a child model and theatre extra in the local theatre, Stadttheater Klagenfurt.
Born in the south of Austria, Mercedes Kabir-Springer began taking piano and dance lessons at the tender age of 3 as an outlet for her abundant energy and enthusiasm also known as ADHD/ASS. At the age of ten, Mercedes landed her first starring role in the world premiere of the musical - "Surprise" in Ischgl, Tyrol in 1997. In 2009, she graduated from Schauspielschule Krauss, Vienna while acting on
