Ya estoy recuperado de la operacion y a partir del 14 de octubre de vuelta al trabajo,con tarea liviana por seis meses y a partir de noviebre puedo empesar a correr y hacer ginasia liviana,un abrazo a todos los que se comunicaron conmigo

Kmo andan todos,le comento que a raiz de mi operacion no pudimos arrancar con las clasas de KARATE los mantendremos informada para decirle cuando empesamos,muchas gracias a todos
