Dear Tony and Nino,

I have been meaning to sit down and write you both a Thank You since our wonderful dinner at your home last Saturday. Everything was fabulous.

All of the food was wonderful.... I am a huge fan of Beef Wellington as I told you. And it was done perfectly. I loved the mushroom pate with it.

The wines were all great.. Everybody loved all your special touches especially the flowers to make us feel at home in your home :)

We all had such a special evening which made us all appreciate closed door dining = ' Like dining at home but without all the work and with much better food and drink.' Many stories were told and shared because we all felt so comfortable.

Thanks again... wonderful that you are off to such a successful start of your next endeavor.
