Huit agents de la Collectivité de Saint-Martin se préparent activement aux épreuves du concours de gardien-brigadier de la police municipale. Sous l’égide de la cellule formation de la police territoriale, avec le soutien des services RH et du CNFPT, ils développent leurs compétences en matière de rapport, de compréhension et de préparation à l’oral.

Eight agents of the Collectivité are actively preparing for the municipal police officer exam. With the support of the territorial police training unit, our HR services and the CNFPT, they are developing their skills in writing reports, text analysis, and oral interview preparation.

This training reflects our commitment to internal development, led by peers, to strengthen our teams and better serve the people of Saint-Martin. Kudos to these dedicated agents rising to the challenge!
