Hey there!

We’re on the lookout for a Project Coordinator (part-time) to join our international project team. This is a key role that keeps everything running smoothly, making sure everyone is connected and things get done—from bringing new team members onboard to handling day-to-day logistics.

Job responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be hands-on with:
• Welcoming and onboarding new team members
• Getting the team set up with the right equipment
• Handling hiring paperwork (like contracts) and keeping track of work hours
• Putting together regular reports and analytics

Required qualifications:
• Currently in college or already have a degree
• English skills at B2 level or higher
• Comfortable with basic IT tools: MS Office, video conferencing apps
• Polite, responsive, and good with people
• Great at staying organized and managing your time
• Proactive and ready to tackle new challenges

We need someone who’s super organized and loves working in a fast-paced, modern environment. We offer a part-time job (4 hours/day) that could evolute to a full-time in the future.
