- Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with the project manager and team leader
- Design user-friendly, modern, clean intuitive and efficient user interface
- Design graphical user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis, and keep track of industry trends
-Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
-Create original graphics designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
-Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
-Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
-Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
-Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Requirements🖌
- Proven work experience (2+ years) as a UI/UX Designer
- Portfolio of design projects (Behance, Dribbble, etc.)
- Knowledge of prototype tools (e.g. InVision, Zeplin, Protopie)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD (Figma, Sketch)
- Good knowledge of English language is a plus
- Knowledge of graphic elements design is a plus
- Good time-management skills
- Understanding on product specifications and user psychology
- Ability to work across a wide range of projects, technologies, and platforms, and deliver assignments on time

With a little luck, listening to customers on social will generate more positive comments than negative ones. However, there’s always a chance that you’ll come across someone that’s unhappy with your business. Rather than trying to sweep these negative issues under the rug, appreciate them for what they are. They’re great for building customer relationships on social media.

Reward your customers🎁
While building customer relationships shouldn’t mean constantly bribing your followers, it’s worth showing them how much you appreciate them. Remember, they’re choosing you over all the other brands out there. That deserves a little love.
One great way to reward people is with competitions and contests. Run an Instagram campaign that asks people to vote on their favorite product through a Stories poll. Try a Facebook contest where customers can share photos that also highlight your products. Not only will you generate buzz around your brand, but you might learn something too. You can even use competitions to expand your brand reach, by asking people to tag a friend for a chance to win.

Hashtags are easily one of the best ways to organically expand your reach on social media. As we mentioned earlier, organic reach has dropped dramatically on Facebook and Twitter over the years, and Instagram is likely next in line. In order to expand your reach and get more impressions for your posts and Tweets, start incorporating hashtags. Inserting random hashtags isn’t going to be as effective as taking a strategic approach. Research popular hashtags in your industry, as well as more generic and widely used ones.
