Within the scope of Artlife Kempinski Residences, Gate21 Marketing collaborated with one of Armenia’s most prominent artists to create a unique artwork as a New Year’s gift for future residents of Armenia’s first branded luxury complex.

The artwork captures the enchanting spirit of Yerevan, where luxury meets the city’s true character.
