1️⃣ How did you get into operations management, and what do you like about it?

Stepping into the role of Operations Manager happened quite naturally. I was eager to take on more responsibility within the company, and the team recognized my potential - so it just evolved from there.

What I really enjoy about the role is the variety. I get to be involved in so many different areas, and there’s always something new to learn. The diversity of tasks and the constant challenges keep things exciting, and I love that I can keep growing alongside the company.

2️⃣ What did you get to do with the help of Collab Fabrik that you were doing for the first time in your career?

Collab Fabrik gave me the opportunity to work for a company that isn’t based in Armenia - something I had never done before. Without them, I wouldn’t have heard about this job opportunity or had the chance to be part of such a unique international team.

3️⃣ What do you plan to learn, improve, or work on in the next 6 months or year?
Over the next 6 to 12 months, I want to continue working hard, take on even more responsibility, and hopefully grow into a mid-level Operations Manager. I’m looking forward to sharpening my skills and gaining more experience in handling operational workflows and strategic planning.

4️⃣ What was the most fun thing you did last weekend? :)
I spent the weekend out of town with my friends in the mountains of Dilijan. We had two great days surrounded by nature. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge!
